Some of the fastest cars around are turbocharged. E.g. Group B rally cars, the Ferrari F40, Porsche 911 turbo, any 1980s formula one car... and many, many more. Forced induction is a great way to get massive amounts of power out of small displacement engines.
also, anybody with half a brain should be able to see this video is tongue in cheek.
