Top Ten Worst Foods

Natalie counts down the 10 worst foods you could eat. Chances are if you eat an average American diet, you ate at least three of these today.

In a fast food nation, eating healthy food becomes difficult to do. Yet a poor diet contributes to low energy, obesity, stress, health problems and high medical bills.

If you eat better, you will feel better and this video discusses some of the foods you should avoid.

  • great factual info baberama!

  • It doesnt even matter what she says.I just love watching her : )

  • there is low sodium soup ya know

  • Haha thats soo true :D

  • Why are you so hard on catfish, lol? Most catfish that people at are from farms so the risk of toxins is small and carcinogens, just because it's a bottom feeder? Haven't seen any proof of that...probably more risk eating tuna with its potential for mercury poisoning...IJS! = P

  • @1234LIlisa a good gauge is to look back around 100 years and see what an average non empoverished person ate during peaceful times. that means whole foods... nothing that comes out of a colorful box or can. if you want to eat healthy you will have to start cooking your own meals from fresh ingredients. on top of that stay away from "traditional" american cuisine. European and Asian cuisine is where it's at. oh and if you need a snack, stuff yourself with fresh fruit and vegetables.

  • @MrBoswerjr A calculated observation well done
