In a fast food nation, eating healthy food becomes difficult to do. Yet a poor diet contributes to low energy, obesity, stress, health problems and high medical bills.

You also forgot protein, hun. Your body is asking for protein as well because it is an essential nutrients, that is not produced in the body but the body needs it. When you say phytonutrients, do you mean...fibers?
Im not a vegan expert by any means - but what is the harm in taking b12 tablets? Also - i Love to break it to you that dairy products do not count as meat - which is my main point here - that a human being can thrive without meat. Dairy is not meat, period.
There is no harm in B12 tablets. But to me, it is interesting that B12 can only be found naturally in animals.
I am going to shock you. Dairy products contain casein as 80% of its protein. Casein has been clinically proven to promote carcinogens. Think of a carcinogen as the seed and the promoter (casein) as the sun and water. I was shocked as I read this, because I too was brainwashed by the National Dairy Council. It also CAUSES (like most animal protein) osteoporosis, and tons of others.
B12 is not found only in animals - it is only found in animals because they consumes microbes and bacteria which are the ones who carry the vitamin.
I dont think they have actually proven scientifically that casein causes the production of carcinogens and/or cancers - i could be mistaken. but anyways - pop a b12 vitamin and ur good to go lol. ive never heard of any bone problems coming from casein protein by athletes who take it in every single day. and most are hardcore bodybuilders...
wow. This video is so dumb. She's pointing out the food that's not even supposed to be included in an "every day" diet. Why don't you go ahead and add a table spoon of Lard. And maybe a glass of chilled vegetable oil.
