Hi Cathy, I finally found something close to my Grandfather Guardino's Italian Stuffing recipe. Have been looking forever to see if anyone knows about this yummy stuffing. My recipe has chunks of salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, grated cheese too. I love the raisins the most, it is like a meal all by itself. Write back if you get this'
