This is bigger than Republicans and Democrats. Collins is trying to hide behind the word 'PARTISAN'. I don't think that she realizes that many Repubicans are now confused about what the objectives are in Iraq, pissed that Osama is still at large, concerned that our military is being pressed to the limit and that the national debt has gone up 1/3 in just the last few years.
