I am so sorry that you are still struggling. I had Cushing's Disease for many years before being diagnosed, and also had 2 pituitary surgeries and a bilateral adrenalectomy before being cured. Thank you for sharing your story! I agree that there are probably many more like us out there. :)

Thanks for sharing your story. I also had Cushing's. After 3 failed pituitary surgeries and a bilateral adrenalectomy, I think (knock on wood) that I'm now cured. It doesn't seem right to me that you should have severe chronic pain a year after being cured. Have your doctors followed up with your pituitary hormones to see if they declined due to the three pituitary surgeries? Low pituitary hormones are common after pituitary surgery and can definitely cause a lot of pain. Good luck!

I'm so sorry that you have had to go through all of this. :( I'm currently trying to get diagnosed with Cyclical Cushing's. It's such a devastating disease. Thank you for posting this. The more awareness there is, the more people might be able to find help.
