Please be comfortable with doing Inverted V before attempting this move. Take it slow. Feel free to continue to do gemini with hands until you feel comfortable to release both hands.

Make sure you warm up first.

Note: Pole dancing, like other forms of sport or physical activity, involves risk of injury. I'll try my best to provide the best advice and information to minimise these risks, however, this responsibility is ultimately yours. Take care, and don't over push yourself. Always start from the bottom and work your way up. DO NOT attempt a move that you are not ready for and ALWAYS warm up first.

  • thankyou i have been having some problems in advancing.

  • what pole do u use?

  • thank you for posting tutorials..i started pole dancing about 2 months ago and i have learned the most from you on here!

  • i can do gemini but not v-invert.. but i think its my technique.. :/

  • Just realise that the upper leg need pointing down, I never know this before. Thanks for your tutorial ^.^

  • @dirdybirdy101 thanks... I thinks it's helping doing it in reverse...

  • @austriawald Glad they help. Just responded to Applecores comment. Hope that helps u too xx

  • @AppleCore2d Another way to practice Inverted V is to do them in reverse. So do a regular invert (with legs hooked on the pole) and lower legs into the V, again making sure crotch stays close to pole. Good luck :)

  • @AppleCore2d I think u have the strength to do invert V but perhaps not the technique? Have u watched vid #10, that explains how to get into an inverted V. The important thing to stay in an inverted V is to curl your hips in so the crotch comes real close to the pole, and your legs as close to your head as possible. Try doing inverted Vs with bent knees first so you can pull you legs in close to your head. Another way to practice them is to do it in reverse.

  • @AppleCore2d :

YES same here!! I can already do a lot of invert moves and everything but can't hold the V properly !?

and @MissDirdyBirdy: YOU ARE A M A Z I N G !!! THANK YOU for your GREAT GREAT tutorials and for putting so much effort into making those videos and describing everything so fantastically!! And your way of dancing is simply amazing, I think most pole dancers don't move sexy at all but you are so so sexy and graceful at the same time! THX
