how can i do this without getting a crusty butt! i know its gross but um, i do around 300 situps a day in different variations, but i always get burns on my tail bone, my gf suggested memory foam but its probably too expensive. legit the only way i dont get them is if i do the bruce lee situp

You don't want to put your arms behind your head; this will cause injury. Also, lifting your legs to 90 degrees will give the best workout.

@patrickthegray yo stop the headache is easy what i do is take a sip of of water or gateraid is good just rehydrates. thats probs y headaches happen
