@abranxfrut No he is correct, for the years 1961-1963 or so, "SG"s of that style with the sliding vibrato tailpiece were labelled as "Les Paul" on the truss rod cover. Now of course it is known as the SG or "solid guitar" as what gibson claims SG stands for. Either way, it is one hell of a guitar, beautiful piece.
