The official opening of the monument in The Hague in memory of the Azerbaijanis killed in Khojaly massacre (Nagorno Karabag, Azerbaijan). This is the first Khojaly monument outside Azerbaijan. On February 26, 1992, Armenian forces attacked unarmed civilians in Khojaly with the support of the Russian troops. 613 people were brutally killed, while 1,275 taken captives, 487 became handicapped and 150 went missing.

De officiële opening van het monument in Den Haag ter nagedachtenis van de slachtoffers tijdens de slachting in Khojaly (Nagorno Karabag, Azerbaidzjan). Het is het eerste Khojaly monument die gevestigd is buiten Azerbaidzjan. Op 26 februari 1992 vielen de Armeense separatisten met het behulp van de Russische troepen ongewende burgers aan. Waarbij 613 mensen op een wrede manier gedood zijn, 1275 gevangen genomen, 487 gehandicapt geworden en 150 burgers vermist.
