Mongrels Tribute

My tribute to Mongrels (The Greatest BBC Three Show Ever) which was unfortunatly canned by the BBC - bunch of c**t's - i used - Tell me it's not true from Blood Brothers as some of the words fit the situation, anyway tissues at the ready as you say goodbye to Mongrels, hopefully if this wonderful show is ever brought back or it has a Movie, i will delete this video - we have to hope!...it doesn't seem right to say goodbye yet! - and BBC WorldWide if you have a scrap of sense you will leave this video alone!

As much of a Mongrels fan as I am, I'm finding it difficult to be upset that it's been axed. The more upsetting thing, to me, is that series 2 wasn't a patch on series 1. Series 1 will always be "Mongrels" to me, so as long as I've got that on DVD, I'm happy.

Jon Brown said throughout series 1 that they were constantly trying to "find their feet", but personally I think they nailed it spot on first time, whatever "it" is or was. It's such a shame they peaked so early but didn't realise... :(

@MongrelsBBC Well the danger was that the third series would be a repeat of the second series in terms of quality, which I guess is what was on BBCs minds too. I reckon Adam Miller worked too hard on this and for too long to let it die after only 16 episodes, though; I think it'll be back at some point, somehow.

This was the only good TV show I've seen on BB3.

It's a shock they canceled it.

Don't give up Mongrel fans, the show is bound to come back. Look at other shows like Primeval that people thought will never come back, and they did. I know its not the same, but look at how many people adore Mongrels. Give them a year and they will come back. Long live Nelson the worlds lovable fox.

OH GREAT! ANOTHER BLOODY CUT!!! In these times of Government stupidity cutting everything that the the RICH don't use to help survive in our country we need a program MONGRELS. its not only cutting edge and fresh, It has GREAT characters that have taken a lot of hard work over the year perfect. I am so upset as Mongrel's is one of my top TV highs to sit down and forget about how our country is being destroyed by how ever it is that has the hand up our very own puppet DAVID CAMERON who isn't fun
