Psychotic Glam For Halloween

This was requested by one of my friends for Halloween. I hope you like it!

I used the 120 Pro Palette for this look, but you can easily substitute with any bright colors you can find at the drugstore or even at Sally Beauty Supply. Their single shadows come in bright colors and are super cheap!
