Dietro Casa was first released on Einaudi's CD "Una Mattina". It is also on his more recent CD "Islands" released this year (2011). This is a live recording from from his concert at the Old Vic Tunnels in June 2011.
I took these photographs on the Ilha Deserta in the Ria Formosa, off the coast of Portugal's Algarve in November 2010.
Written by Ludovico Einaudi, Dietro Casa is a piece from the soundtrack of the 2006 British drama movie This Is England, which was written and directed by Shane Meadows and which won both the Alexander Korda Award for Best British Film at the 2007 British Academy Film Awards, and the award for Best Film at the 2006 British Independent Film Awards.
