  • @wdh613 15 huh! Good age. Do your sit ups, punch a heavy bag, and get a buddy to punch you in the stomach for a regular workout! It'll toughen you up very quickly!

  • @FitnessBody4L I'll check them. Thank-you very much. I'm 15 and want to develope my body and strength for starting boxing training. If you would have any more advise I'd be very grateful. I know its a tough sport but I want fight.
