@vilmaDe yep yep, don;t wait and try it!! srsly, I even don't get on any diet! u have no idea how many sweets I am eating recently! and althought of the sweets, it really works! as my friend say: ''better train and eat, instead of only eating!'' :))
LIKE COMMENT SO OTHERS CAN SEE - For everyone who wants to know how many of these you should do to get results in a day is to do like 8-12 of these so do it on both legs and then do 2 sets (which is doing 8-12 on both legs twice). To get even better results, do even like 4 sets ~ON BOTH LEGS~. YOU'LL BE SO SKINNY IN LIKE 4 DAYS. if your in high school like me just do it after school or before but I would prefer to not be sweaty. :)
