I had total knee replacement on december 20th of last year. I am in PT and they are working on my quad. to help me been my knee back to my butt. I can't . they said it is scar tissue. but i had problems with this leg before from a auto injury. I had to wear a leg brace cause the nerves were damaged.. is there anything i can do. to help me to stretch this muscle to make my knee more flexible. doctor is saying surgery again to break scar tissue. I DONT WANT THAT. PLEASE HELP!
