Solid video. Only thing i'd say, is that on those dumbbell presses, don't bring your elbows straight out. Instead, try to make roughly between a 30-45 degree angle to take some stress off those elbow joints of yours. and on the SA DB rows and the bent rows, your back starts to round in a little bit. Keep those shoulders retracted and maintain a neutral spine. And if possible, do the SA DB rows on 1 leg at a time, gotta train like an athlete mayne.
