@IceTreyMan Thing is, he's the one who works for the company, the passengers aren't. The first rule of customer service is that the customer is always right. That reaction was completely inappropriate.

I toatally agree grey hound sucks dick, they are the only bus company around that can go any where in the continental USA thats y they continue to offer bad service. I was stuck in north carolina terminal for eight hours becaus they didnt have a driver to drive us the rest of the way, so me and other passengers had to wait 8 f fukin hrs and didnt even get a partial or full refund. Grey hound should be boycotted, they let them asshole drivers get awy with so much shit.

When will passengers learn that u shouldn't upset a quality trained person given an opportunity to provide u with safe mobility even if its a 3 hour delay in scheduling or any type of service delay please allow the Ground Travel Specialists the respect and don't make them cause an accident because of your dissatisfaction

Without seeing the whole conversation, it's hard to apportion blame. But there should've been give-and-take on both sides - the driver, even if woken unexpectedly from sleep to have to work, should have apologized straight away on behalf of the company. At the same time, the passengers should have understood that their situation was not his personal fault.

@IceTreyMan You are right. The passenger confronting the driver was the troube maker and not the driver. Some people do have issues with their temper and can go off at people who confront them for issues they have no control over. I gotta put up with it at work regularly. And it is irritating to me. If I were stranded for 3 hours I would be completely glad when someone showed up to work the run. Its not this driver at fault for the one driver who never showed.
why would the people be mad at the replacement driver. It is not his fault that the original driver did not show up. So the frustrations should had not be taken out on the replacement driver. They probably called him at the last minute. You should of complain to management.

It isn't the busdriver who had the bad attitude, it's the assholes that got in his face confronting him about something about which he had no control. Only a damn fool would go trying to piss-off the driver who is responsible for getting you from point A to point B saftley. If there is a problem, call customer service, but it's foolish to fuck with the person who has your life in his hand.
