Too Faced Natural Eye Shadow Palette: A Review

This is my review on the Too Faced Neutral Eye palette. Overall, its a very good palette to have because neutrals always look good on people of all skin types! Its also relatively a good deal because there are 9 high-quality shadows in the palette.
