  • Wow. Talk about retard. Virgin America isnt soley a NORTH American airline. Even common sense will tell you that without R.Branson, there would never had been a Virgin America. Thats like saying that just because Eminem does HipHop, that the music belongs to white people. Do your research on Sir Branson.

  • @jigga861 Well it's a spin off from Virgin Atlantic which is based in London, England which Richard Branson owns. Best British airline in my opinion, I fly them rather than British Airways nowadays. And for your information it is not 100 per cent American, Richard owns 25% I believe.

  • If Virgin America is truly an American owned and operated air carrier, why does Richard Branson, a British citizen and not an American citizen, continue to be the face/ frontman for Virgin America?

    Other US based carriers should continue to challenge the legal status of Virgin America because they seem to be American in name only.
