noise reduce the very beginning and end of each clip. you can either do noise reduction, or a fade. i like to do a little of both. just keep in mind, that if you do a click/pop elimination, you may create more pops. painstaking.

theres a lot of cliping in this song, nice attempt though, try to cut the audio entry or fade out it a little bit to avoid that :-D

you need to learn to not have pops at the beginning of each clip entry/exit. this can be done easily by either fading out the audio the end of the clip, or cutting at the right time.
