I am white and know that racists exist when it comes to people with different coloured skin tones. Until we face up and talk about this problem we will never solve it. My Nan's Granny was French. The law states that equal opportunity must reign in the workplace and that the "best man for the job should get the job". The law states you must not discriminate against anyone in the workplace. This is why they've created laws against this so "they" would be able to have an equal opportunity at attaining success. Most of our corporations/businesses are owned by white individuals which will than hire white employees hence creating some disadvantages for those who aren't white period
