I was on the Timmelsjoch on early June. On its North Side on 2500m there were still huge snow walls on the roadside. But Stelvio was already opened then.

the stelvio isn't a south/nord-gate,
it's a east/west-pass,
but I'll know, which ramp you mean.

I mentioned the Timmelsjoch. This pass goes from North to South.

What if I go outside and leave my car running, and spray a bunch of aerosol cans into the air and get this whole global warming thing really going. Do you think then there might be a possibility it could be open, or is it closed till June no matter what?

it's dependently from the weatherconditions.
Last snowfall there will be four weeks ago (end of march), but every day it will be possible, that three feet snow will coming.
You have to cross the fingers. ;-)
