I couldn't understand Stage 2? Is that the same as Mutual Benefit?

@bboylawson Not really. If you look at some Women, many have came into Adulthood never leaving level 2.

You must be referring to Level 1, stage 2.

Level 3. Is Post Conventional and Autonomous Moral Principles the same. My book does not have post conv. just amp. Thanks for the help. I attend school in Dallas and have a test Thursday on this subject.

Yes, level three is called Post Conventional, or AMP. Stage 5 of that level is the Social Contract Orientation, and Stage 6 of level 3 is the Universal Ethical Principles Orientation.

This video was taped, at least in part, for an online class I was teaching. I had asked my class to write a brief essay answering the following question: Jim, a mid-level manager at a large company, is sometimes asked by his superiors to skip certain steps in product testing. He feels this is wrong, but justifies his compliance by telling himself: "It's not so bad; other managers are doing the same thing." Based on Kohlberg's theory, at what level of moral development would you place him.
