  • Ok, I'm confused now. In the last video you told us that a "standard" portion size is 5 oz protein, 4 oz vegetable and 3 oz starch.

    But today it's 4 oz protein, 3 oz vegetable and 5 oz starch?

    IIRC on the BYR DVDs the amounts were also different :-)
