Yeah, armjump is possible. Like first the climb up, and then kicking up into a handstand. It works a bit like a normal kick-up to vault over the wall, but you direct your energy more upwards. Then it's the same muscles as in frogstand->handstand :)
nice! i tried the running up wall into handstand... didnt go to well =/.. have you tried muscleups to handstands? or handstands from an arm jump (cat leap) whatever u wanna call it?
Doing lots of different things. Like running up a wall and doing a handstand on top of it, and slowly progressing towards straddle planche on flat ground. I think it'll take some 5-6 months to get it :)
Next step is numerous push-ups like that. Going from frogstand to handstand, balancing for a while, then going back down to frogstand slowly, and back up again! :)
ok cool... random question.. but do you have msn? discussing things would be a whole lot easyer... i shall try that climbup to handstand =)
