Try watching some documentaries, eh? You know - those videos in which a narrator, opponent, or proponent goes about doing a lot of research and presenting a lot of research. MDMA was first synthesized, by chance, at a laboratory owned by German pharmaceutical company, Merck, in 1912 - and it existed only as a formula on faded paper until Alexander Shulgin recreated it and presented it to therapists 60 years later.
