Rabobank Bicycle Mechanic Vincent Hendriks Installing a Tubular Tire onto a Tubular Wheel.
Vincent Hendriks was the "Hero Of The Giro" in 2009, when Denis Menchov crashed in the final kilometer of the Time Trial, during the last stage of the Giro d'Italia. Vincent Hendriks yanked a new bike off the car and had Denis Menchov going again within 5 seconds.
In this footage, I'm using my helmet cam; and, is the reason I really don't know where the camera is aimed. This was filmed in February 2008, during the Tour of California, near the finish line in Santa Clarita, California.

So he just put one coat of glue on the rims?

@mikeylee2001 Yes, just one coat. Prior, he takes some kind of scrub brush to clean it off, then one coat of glue, then he puts the tire on. Pumps the tire up. Then cleans the excess glue off with Benzene. Leaves it like that overnight - to let the glue dry and then uses it the next day. Some don't recommend riding it right away.

Next time, I'm thinking of using a regular camera with tripod, so stay tuned. Should be up in late May.
