  • @BestAmazingClarinet Who is the soloist?

  • I honestly think my singing teacher does a slightly better job of this, but I'm personally struggling at the moment with getting the low down throbbing power for the runs which is where it really shows how good this soloist is.

  • @MrMusicman1192 there are a lot harder pieces in the messiah, especially every valley and rejoice greatly o daughter of zion

  • I have the CD of this perforamnce of the Messiah and it is the best version I have ever heard (except I dont like the sound quality of the harpsichord). I love the slower tempos and the heaviness of it. I also like how there are actually mistakes here and there too (no joke) it's an actual REAL performance. The whole reason I bought the CD was becuause I heard this version on your youtube channel. so THANKS! Im also one of Handel's biggest fans.

  • I agree! This is incredibally hard to sing! Bravo to this version! Well done!

  • this is by far the hardest piece i've ever had to sing! this runs are unbelievably difficult to get right! the technique is so difficult to get so that it sounds nice! congrats to the soloist!
