Running off 12v or less not 36v.
.
This is my answer to the small dyno's used on toy steam engines like Wilesco and Marklin which I own and got the steam bug from. This will be tested Sat. for output and pully adjusted to least standing resistance without slippage under load. Expexting well over 12 volts perhaps 20v and 750ma-1.5a at 30 000rpm and 75psi air. Steam should generate more torque than the steam. http://britgaskets.ca/teslastore.htm
.
Turning the shaft with my 6" lathe at 3000rpm produced 7.6-8 Volts on meter as test tonight. Very good results,

  • I think Tesla turbine will work very well as compressor for generator.
