I tried GPS Tracker. The downside is that unless you have the app running in the foreground, it's useless. If I want to find where someone is, I now use Apple's free "find my iPhone", which doesn't require an app to be running to work. It requires a MobileMe account, though.

I have this installed on my Nexus One... It runs 'silent' in the background and runs from start-up... Fantastic idea, almost want someone to gypo my phone so I can deck the dirty f'cker..
