JourneyV. 1st they arent USA forces but Brits. They are Royal Dragoon Guards of 4 Armoured Brigade. 2nd, for the little amount this would have cost (bearing in mind it would have been done when off duty) it would return the cost a million times over in good morale of both those in it and the millions more that saw it.

Our US Troops have been extremely proud to serve beside your Brit and Aussie troops.On our Veterans Day I want to extend our most loving thanks for your troops and how they have supported our troops and saved many lives and extended so much in the way of friendship and team work. @elilikesfootball No, you're terribly mistaken. Most of the commanders in the American military don't have the right sense of humor to understand how this would raise morale. Brits take full credit for this one, though as I've said before, I was told by an Army friend that his SGT was in it somewhere. :) If he's in there, he's the only (Yank/American) I've heard of in it.

So good to see that our servicemen & women are still allowed to have some fun. They need to distract their minds somehow. i bet it's not much time they get to do something like this, so might as well take advantage while they have the chance.
