My Immortal Memories

My cat Scout just died last night. (Meaning Saturday, June 7, 2008.) I really miss him. He seems to have been hit by a car, but he survived the initial impact and almost made it home, but instead died alone on a neighbor's back stairs. I made this to try to get some of my feelings out.

It is kind of supposed to be from Scout's brother Grover's (the gray one) point of view. I tried to match the words to the pictures as best I could, but we had a limited amount of photos, so I had to reuse some quite a few times.

I am so sorry for your loss. I just lost my 12 year old kitty yesterday to cancer. I miss her dearly. Hang in there. I know it is tough. God bless you.

Thank you for your reply. Still miss her but feeling better. I just adopted two rescue cats and pouring all the love I had for my Pebbles into them. Out of something so sad for me came a home for two homeless kitties!

How strange. We just adopted two stray kittens to love, and for Scout's brother Grover so that he won't feel so alone anymore.

iam so sorry for your sad sad loss i now how you must feel. my cat tabby was only 8mnth old when she was hit by a car when took her to the vet but she died a few ahours later R.I.P SCOUT,TABBY,AND ALL THOSE OTHER CATS THAT HAVE LOSS THERE LIVES .

it makes me cry knowing ur loss and i JUST had mine too we gave jewls to a farm and another cat chased her away from her food and jewls hid for 4 days not eating and when they found her she was almost dead she couldnt walk or anything so they took her too some food and she was to weak to eat and she just died

I am so sorry for your loss, but happy to read that you have adopted two additional kittens to love. I just lost my cat 'kitty' ['boy'-for short]--how original huh?! [sept 18, 2008]

Kitty just died last night at the age of 13.

I had him when I lived at home with my parents, when I got married, when we bought our first house, had my 3 children. He was playful and full of energy until his dying day.

I'm sorry for your loss--it's like losing a child when they are such a big part of your family and life!
