@wolffoxtodd I actually find this a lot easier with a straight blade; the balance is just more suited for single hand use

@wolffoxtodd In fact if your using a European Longsword (style from c.1400-1600) then it should balanced perfectly and it becomes just a wrist twitch. A rapier would work about the same.
