Equipment used:
- Audio-Technica AT4047/SV microphone
- John Hardy M-1 preamp
- Antress's Modern Lost Angel VST plugin (free!) for leveling out the vocal
- ... and one little Adobe Audition effect preset, slightly tweaked, for the effect at 4:30

Background music used:
- Antonio Vivaldi - "Spring" Concerto, mvt. 1
- Randy Edelman - The Connection (from the Dragonheart soundtrack)

Video editing done in Adobe Premiere Pro (1.0) which, rather frustratingly, won't let you loop animated GIFs easily.

Two parts: one to show off Doc Scratch's usual "excellent host" demeanor, the other for a more sinister tone. Despite my cutting sections out of the text, it still came out longer than I'd hoped for. Oh well. This character sure loves to talk.

The accent is optional. I'd hesitate to try voicing a character as refined as Doc Scratch without it, but I can try if this version sounds too forced.

Before anyone asks, I very carefully avoided listening to anyone else's Doc Scratch auditions before recording this one. Any similarity between my interpretation and anyone else's is pure coincidence.
