People, stop complainina for crying out loud. It's CrossFit, he cares about the work done, not what muscle groups he used. The rules are clear: the arms must be straight at the bottom, and you must raise until you're arms are locked on top of the bar. WHATEVER YOU DO to get from starting possition, to finish possition, is VALID. Just do it 30 times as fast as possible. If it's not a "muscle-up", fine, call it what you will, but it's still a darn good workout! FANTASTIC effort by this guy!

I am huge on form and have done all sorts of work out regimens. Anybody that trolls on a 30 muscle up set, please just post a video of how to do 30 good muscle ups, or hell, do 30 kipping muscle ups, or even 30 pull ups. The only haters out there are the ones who can't do what he's doing. Yes, lots of technique, but there is a lot of strength and endurance that this guy has put in.
I give huge props to this guy :) This is coming from someone who owns a "I hate crossfit shirt", seriously.

why dont you do "perfect" m-ups and then when you're tired, do kipping m-ups? You'd probably shave some time off considering the hang to kip transition seems to take too much time.
