Stop motion home renovation

At the beginning, we see the north facade of a single family dwelling; the facade has been designed and built by a prominent local architect in the deconstructivist style. This architectectural gem is then torn down and rebuilt by a philistine engineer and his trusty sidekick (his mother), who occasionally appears, e.g., waving a shingle at the camera. Also starring construction supervisor Black Kitty.
