@AmericanV8Rumble ....R35, is not a Skyline, It is just the nissan R35 GTR And the nissan GTR in the us market, The R35 is to continue the legend of the "R" series, R31,R32,R33,R34 etc, Nissan Japan market still makes the skyline, On our infiniti G37 chassis, Aka the nissan skyline 350GT coupe or sedan Sold in JP market. The GTR is just a all new car, name plated GTR to carry on the GTR legend. Of course nissan would not let the GTR legend or the R series die. And big ups to them.

If you're not talking about stock, then your original contention becomes completely invalid, since the variables are far too great. 2JZs and RBs have roughly the same top end potential.

Also, I was referring to properly set up with sway bars, roll cages, etc, as opposed to heavy engine modifications. It's a well known fact that, while Supras are nice, Skylines are much better handling cars.

@BIHxJDMxSUPRA What irritates me is that what you're preaching is completely false. The Supra barely produces over 300 horsepower in its highest spec. This is roughly the same as a V6 Mustang.
