@BeelzebubsSeraphim Actually, you could buy this board from the shop once you played on all the other boards at least once, and if you want Eternal Star, you want to play a round on Magma Mountain as well as completing the main objective (get 100 stars). Once that happens you'll have all the boards. ;)
