  • Crusher was the best ever. That was back when wrestling was real. :D

  • He use to train by carring to 1/2 barrels of beer from South Milwaukee to Wawatosa. Filled them up and went back to South Milwaukee. I intervewed him in 9th grade back in the 60s. He was my hero. I lived in Racine I went to just about all his matches in Milwaukee.

  • LOL I remember when the Crusher was a bad guy, everyone loved to hate him then he took on another bad guy and because he won he became a good guy, don't remember who he beat to change his fate but I sure loved this guy from then on, he dished out pain to all the bad guys nightly HAAAAA I miss ya Jerry

  • The Crusher and The Bruiser were the original L.O.D. of the 60's.. the looks, power and pain they dished out hands down! The best in his day right here!

  • HE WAS TRUELY A WRESTLER YOU HAD TO SEE IN ACTION ALONG WITH DICK THE BUISER. A TAG TEAM IN THE RING WHO COULD REALY KICK BUTT! RIP CRUSHER AND BRUISER

  • Two turkey-necks hit the dislike button by mistake.

  • @rocksteady1312: The Novas.

  • who did this music please? cramps cover or cramps covered?

  • Da Crusher . . . didn't get to see him until my area (Springfield MA) finally got cable TV in the early '80s. I loved how "over" he was with the fans. He could do no wrong in the eyes of his fans. Perennial winner of the "Mr. S'loon" contest - the criteria were that you had to drink beer, do the polka, and throw bums outta s'loons, y'know, all the important stuff ya gotta know in life.

  • I lived across the street from him on Brookdale Drive in South Milwaukee (a suburb a few miles south of Milwaukee by the lake) from 1978-1990. Rarely saw him, but always saw his copper Coupe DeVille with white vinyl top in the driveway. I mowed his lawn a few times and went to South Milwaukee High with his granddaughter, Lisa. The Lisowskis always seemed like pretty cool down to earth people. R.I.P., Reggie!

  • I loved watching the Crusher in the ring on All Star Wrestling when I was a kid. I also got to see him in action at the local matches. Most of all it was fun hearing him talk about smacking Weesel Henning around and singing "Pop Goes the Weesel".

  • keep the memory alive rest in peace Crusher and Bruiser, awesome tribute video to the Crusher
