The Two Qiaos stage is in DW4 original. You have to unlock the stage then beat it.

This is taken from gamefaqs...

You need to complete a Wu musou mode once. Then, start a new one, and in Act I, choose, "Yellow Turban Fortress" first, then choose,

"Yellow Turban Rebellion." After this, you'll be taken to the Wu Tales stage, "The Two Qiaos" where you can rescue them from Dong Zhuo, and they'll become playable in your savefile.

DW4 was my favorite game in the series. If DW4 had Ling Tong, Xing Cai and Cao Pi, it would be the best in the series IMO

Play through Wu musou mode once

Then play Yellow Turban 2nd and 3rd stages and win, do not let Zhang Jiao escape (kill him :P)

You should get stage 'The Two Qiaos' as Wu Tales right after The Yellow Turban Rebellion

dw4 computer ai are the hardest part of the game

its Dynasty warriors 4 xtreme legends. u dont unlock them. thats how it is. Regular Dw4 doesnt have that setting.

You need a copy of Xtreme Legends which is the expansion to the original game.

beat muso mode 1 time with wu then do it again but skip the first stage and just do the 2nd and 3rd then after u will get wu tales called the 2 quaios or something like that
