@dwadefan4lyfe2 you go to mix down to file then EXPORT to mp3...flac...all tha other formats...mp3 is one of the worst qualities you can export due to all of the compressed data..

@mrblackout2000 lol I have that too..but the production software is completely different and it's much much much more easy thru CEP2

@SkinnyieBone To move the instrumental, place the mouse pointer over the instrumental audio file, hold "RIGHT CLICK" and drag the instrumental to the far left and you will be at 00:00:00. You can use this same method to move vocal files around as well.

can you help me, i have cool edit pro 2 .. here's my problem./.

when i place the beat to track 1, then i record my vocals at track 2 my problem is that when i record my vocals, the beat in track 1 is also recorded... im having a hard time fixing it it took me a year already. =(

wen i try to put an instrumental in it shows up as 1 big block and wen i try to play it it makes a staticy screechy sound? how do i fix that?

Got a Question. I have my music mixdowned already and turned into mp3. The steps you just showed in your video is that how you can touch up the mastering and loudness. I have all the music and vocals the way I want them I just want to use them mp3 format i have them in to be nicely touched up. Thanks.

@granny123son If the beat is overpowering your vocals, in the multi-track sections, to the left side of the instrumental audio file, you will see the R (record), S (solo), M (mute) buttons and just below that V for Volume, P for Pan, etc. Basically, place the mouse pointer over the V (volume) box and hold LEFT CLICK and drag down to lower the volume or drag up to amplify.
