indeed a novel idea...mumbai really needs it....please do check out a simpler version implemented in trivandrum and kochi..it involves bicycles locked with number locks....the opening codes are smsed to registered members....racks are easy to implement as it does not need much setup infrastructure...a software is developed for 24x7 response.....number locks are changed occasionally to prevent re-usage...a dropbox in each rack collects payments
