@Famfriass yup i actually just started to a little more than a month ago. i personally have been taking the packets every day..i eat 100% organic but still struggle with asthma and noticed that I haven't had to use my inhaler since taking camu..i've read on studies by dr. james duke that camu camu is NO.1 best for asthma (along with many other illnesses) ive also seen other brands of camu at places like Whole Foods and one brand was not organic and was even a different color..hope this helps! :)
