Ever since john rhea permitted dogs in nycha the tenants who own dogs, let there dogs shit and piss on housing grass even non-tenants are now bring there dogs to NYCHA to shit in he grass so i have to keep my windows close when i called the boro management they didnt take my complaint as a serious health issue
