Comcast Ondemand is 1000 times better than Dish/Directtv. You have to plug your box to an internet connection to get their ondemand and you have to wait for it to download before you can watch it. I love my Comcast Ondemand!

It happens here to. What bugs me is finding movies in the free section that cost money, tricking the viewer. More $ to con-cast. So close to switching over to a different provider.

Same crap happens to me. Funny I thought I was the only one who recorded the errors on camera to explain them to people including comcast. We should all do it.
