  • Been there, it is inspiring. I am happy for some positive reporting about the monument. Yes... It was expensive.... Yes... It was built by Koreans.... But what does Multiculturalism mean? Americans pride themselves on being diverse, why is it wrong in this case? And, what is money, when people don't know who they are? This monument has an entry... Inside it educates people about the full African Diaspora. It is a vision on mental freedom... And afterward, all else will flow.

    So what actually are you saying? I hope you are not making people turn the Senegalese people their back. Instead you could encourage (African) people to go visit it and help pay for it by tourist economy means.
