Obama Not Born In Kenya - McRae / Berg Full Clip of Grandmother

McRae testified in a court case (led by conspiracy nut Philip J. Berg, who sued both Presidents Bush for 9/11) to "reveal the truth" about Obama's birthplace. McRae & Berg were apparently forced to relinquish the full clip by the judge after they only submitted the first five minutes in their original affidavit. The full clip tells a different story.

-Sigh- People are going to believe what they want. I mean, I could walk up to a birther and demand proof that they were born here. They could show me a birth record and get testimony from all of their family and their friends who were there, but it doesn't prove anything. I could claim they paid all of them to lie and that they "know a guy" who got them the fake certificate. Just like with the Judgement Day thing, no matter how much proof you give, some people just won't take it.

Justice Gray, in the Wong Kim Ark ruling, clearly defined TWO types of American citizenship: Natural-born and naturalized. WKA, like Obama, was ruled a natural-born citizen simply by being born in the country.

Go back and read the Wong Kim Ark decision and tell WHERE Justice Gray said that one needed to be born to two citizen parents.

@owchywawa According to a spokesman for the Hawaii attorney general's office, "It's a Department of Health record and it can't be released to anybody." So I guess that's one reason the cases are being dismissed. Plus the COLB is legal proof of birth and citizenship, therefore the lawsuits are frivolous and lack standing. I don't know about the school records, though I'd guess those cases simply lack standing.
