Wow what bug crawled up your pants and died. Seriously customer service line did not sound that bad. If you think that is bad try calling your credit card company that routes your calls to india and trying to understand them.

@lisari007 Some people need a psychitrist (spelling sucks) from being raised and taught by their parents being rude and obscene will make them feel better.. Leandroglez is one of them. You look great for a soccar mom, if your are one. My parents raised me to insult others when they actually start things. I love my steammop. But, you need to invest in more then 10 pads being when they soften, the scrubbing power fades from the fibers softening up.

I love this video..lol..I ordered one myself and it only lasted about two months and then it stopped working and when I called to have it sent back there was no one ever available to talk to me..so needless to say it ended up in the trash..urrr..

No I havent.. there are too many other steam mops on the market now, that have the same capabilities as the Shark.... for half the price...! :-P
