@ALBeau1986 1: The exact same set that is shown at the beginning of the Jenova-SYNTHESIS fight - I did not bother changing anything when given the choice to access the menu. 2: The Sadness status was acquired by fighting Elfadunks on the world map and not dying once on the way down. Took quite a few tries. If you mean the slot reels themselves, holding the square button hides the reels and keeps them paused. Repeated presses can be used to have it scroll at a rate slow enough to see.
