Dude...how's the valentini puffer working out for your reef tank? He probably doesn't bother your corals but does he go after the hermit crabs?

Well this was a while back when this video was made. I took the valentini out after 3 weeks cause ya he was eating my hermits and picking at my coral.

how do u keep the sand so clean and from getting algae all over it i have that problem even with a sand cleaning goby

You might want to get a lawnmower blenny. I just do frequent water changes and ill mix up the sand every once in a while when I do my water changes. It helps keep the algae from building up so much.

should i take the fish out and then mix it around and when it settles then put them back in
utuber00713 3 years ago
yes it can thats why you should do it only about every 60 days. Ya take them out and put them in a bowl with water from the tank for like an hour or two so the sand can settle. You should only mix up the sand when you are doing a water change though. Mix up the sand and immediatley do a water change. If you can't get all your fish out its alright. Just put a stress releiver in the water. You can get a stress reliever solution from like wal-mart or something.
